Rates

Since each site is unique, it is extremely difficult to quote a "generic" package price due to content, frequency of updates, etc.  Therefore, please contact me for a custom quote.

Currently, all web packages include a flat rate yearly fee that covers domain name registration/maintenance
web design/hosting and monthly updates**. There are no hidden fees or additional costs.  Custom design work is additional*.

From small to large websites, I can create a website to suit your needs.
You will find my rates extremely reasonable. I treat each website as if it were my own
and will work with you quickly to give you a professional web presence!

I also know how to get you ranked in the top percentile of the search engines, and your
website will be optimized so the search engines pick up your site.

I try to get new sites completed within two weeks, although it is generally sooner
(first come, first served) after receiving your information.

Each package requires execution of a yearly contract.
  You will be notified 30 days prior to expiration to ensure uninterrupted service.  Payment is due before or on the the renewal date.

*Custom design work is additional and will be billed at $50 per hour.
Photo enhancements are available, including cropping, custom edges, resizing for optimum loading,
removal of objects, color enhancements and photo collages.
**Updates are done at least monthly, but I usually do them as soon as I receive them.
The term "updates" means changes such as marking an animal as sold, change of price/rates, adding pictures/information or minimal design/layout changes.  It does NOT mean a complete re-design and layout of your website. If you wish to re-design the site after it is complete, the $50 hourly rate applies.
